- Inventory: Our items are brand new, like-new, vintage, or curated secondhand; all bundles are clearly labeled as Premium or Standard.
- Payments & Invoices: All discounted orders must be paid via the secure invoice link we email to you; orders will not ship until paid. GoDaddy payment proccessing,
- Sales & Returns: Due to the unique nature of secondhand goods, all sales of clothing, art, and decor are final.
- Event Participation: We reserve the right to change our community vendor market schedules or pop-up locations at any time.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the unique secondhand nature and high turnaround of our inventory, all sales are final. For quality assurance and to deter unsatisfactory bundle claims, we photograph all items prior to shipping and store this media for at least 21 calendar days to guarantee your products left clean and as described. To ensure you love your items before they ship, we offer personalized video/FaceTime curation sessions up to 30 minutes long, scheduled in advance. This service is completely free on orders over $200, or available for a $23 surcharge on smaller orders.
