Due to the unique secondhand nature and high turnaround of our inventory, all sales are final. For quality assurance and to deter unsatisfactory bundle claims, we photograph all items prior to shipping and store this media for at least 21 calendar days to guarantee your products left clean and as described. To ensure you love your items before they ship, we offer personalized video/FaceTime curation sessions up to 30 minutes long, scheduled in advance. This service is completely free on orders over $200, or available for a $23 surcharge on smaller orders.
